Guidelines for Officers & Committee

THE PRESIDENT SHALL:
RUN THE REGULAR AND BOARD MEETINGS. HAVE THE POWER TO APPOINT TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF SUCH OFFICE. SIT WITH THE TREASURER AND TRUSTEES AT THE MONTHLY AUDITS OF THE CLUB. SEE THAT THE MINUTES OF THE SECRETARY ARE PROPERLY RECORDED IN THE MINUTE BOOK. BE AN EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF ALL STANDING COMMITTEES.

THE VICE-PRESIDENT SHALL:
DURING THE ABSENCE OF THE PRESIDENT, VICE-PRESIDENT SHALL ASSUME THE DUTIES OF THE PRESIDENT. COME TO THE MONTHLY AUDITS OF THE CLUB, TO CHECK THE BEHIND BAR TO KEEP CLEAN. EXPLAIN THE BARTENDER DUTY TO THE BARTENDER(S). BE RESPONSIBLE TO ORDER ALL BEVERAGES, ICE, CO2, AND GET BARTENDER NAMES WHO WANT TO WORK BEHIND THE BAR, ALSO ORDER PAPER PLATES, PLASTIC SILVERWARE, CUPS, VANITY PAPER TOWELS, TOILET PAPER.

THE SECRETARY SHALL:
TAKE CARE OF ALL MAILS. RECORD AND PRESERVE THE MINUTES OF ALL PROCEEDINGS OF EACH MEETING AND OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ALL NOTICES AND REPORTS OF MEETING UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE PRESIDENT.

THE TREASURER SHALL:
RECEIVE ALL MONIES DUE OR BELONGING TO THE CLUB AND DEPOSIT THE SAME IN THE CLUB'S BANK ACCOUNT; PAY THE BILLS, KEEP AN ACCOUNT OF ALL RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURES. PRESENT SAME AT EACH MEETING OR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WHENEVER CALLED UPON TO DO SO.

THE DUE COLLECTOR SHALL:
COLLECT THE MEMBERSHIP DUES AND COLLECT VISITOR'S FEES. FILE WITH THE SECRETARY A COPY OF ALL NAMES AND ADDRESSES. MAKE WRITTEN REPORT TO BE READ AT EACH MEETING. SURRENDER THE MONEY TO THE TREASURER.

THE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR SHALL:
SUCH MONIES RAISED BY SOCIALS AND TOURNAMENTS. BE TAKEN CARE OF THE CHAIRPERSON OF SPORT ACTIVITIES. GIVE MONIES TO TREASURER. RECEIVE REPORTS FROM MANAGERS OR COACHES OF EACH SPORT AND ALSO PRESIDE AT THE MEETINGS OF THE COMMITTEE.

THE ENTERTAINMENT CHAIRPERSON SHALL:
ARRANGE A LIST OF DATA ON ALL SOCIALS AND PROVIDE THE CLUB A SCHEDULE BOAR FEATURING THE DATA ON EVERY KIND OF SOCIAL, BANQUET, PICNIC & OTHERS. HE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPENING AND CLOSINGTHE CLUB.

THE BY-LAWS CHAIRPERSON SHALL:
COMPILE OR REVISE THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE CLUB. RECEIVE ANY AMENDMENTS TO BE FROM THE MEMBERS IN WRITING, DISCUSS AND CONSULT WITH HIS ASSOCIATES FOR A FINAL DECISION AND MAKE A REPORT AT THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING.

THE CHIEF AUDITOR SHALL:
BE RESPONSIBLE OF ALL THE BANK ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT EVERY SOCIAL AND BAR STATEMENT BEFORE THE CHAIRPERSON OF ANY EVENT REPORTS AT THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING.

THE SECOND AUDITOR SHALL:
BE RESPONSIBLE ON COUNTING THE WHISKEYS.

THE THIRD AUDITOR SHALL:
BE RESPONSIBLE ON COUNTING THE BEERS, POP, DART MACHINES, SNACKS AND THE MEMBERSHIP DUE BOOKS.

THE BUILDING AND GROUND SHALL:
BE RESPONSIBLE OF BUILDING TO KEEP IN A GOOD SHAPE SUCH AS CUTTING GRASS AND SHOVELING THE SIDEWALK. MAINTAIN OUR EQUIPMENT AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON REPLACEMENT OR REPAIRS.

THE HALL RENTAL CHAIRPERSON:
TAKES CARE OF HALL RENTALS AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPENING & CLOSING THE CLUBHOUSE.
